The Tech Teamz Hallmark

02
The idea

One beam. Two supports.

Two T letterforms share a single horizontal beam inside a rounded enclosure. Read literally, it is TT. Read structurally, it is a portal — a lintel carried on two columns, standing because it is properly made.

The mark is designed to work as a hallmark: a compact institutional symbol of engineering assurance, continuity, precision, accountability and long-term partnership. It is applied where work has been reviewed and where the company puts its name to a result — which is how a mark accumulates meaning rather than merely decorating.

03

Solid construction · square internal terminals · a single curve, the enclosure ·
silhouette legible from four metres or sixteen pixels. Quiet at rest, exact under scrutiny.

04
Positive version

Black on white — the master

Positive master · pure black · no effects, ever

The positive version is the master artwork. All reproduction — print, digital, engraving, signage — derives from this file. It is always rendered in pure black on white or on a photographic area of quiet, even tone.

GEOMETRY: 96-UNIT GRID · ENCLOSURE 86×86, RADIUS 14, STROKE 7 · BEAM 23.5–72.5 × 9 · STEMS 9 AT 32.5 / 54.5, DEPTH 43.5 · BEAM OVERHANG = ONE STEM MODULE.

05
Reversed version

White on black — optically matched

Light forms on dark grounds appear heavier than the same forms in black on white. The reversed version is therefore a separate drawing, not a recolour: strokes are reduced by approximately four to five per cent and the corner radius eased fractionally, so the two versions read as the same weight side by side.

USE THE REVERSED MASTER ON ALL DARK GROUNDS. NEVER INVERT THE POSITIVE FILE.

06
Symbol and wordmark configurations

Three configurations. No more.

Tech Teamz
Primary · horizontal · symbol = cap height × 1.35
Tech Teamz
Secondary · stacked · square formats only
Symbol alone · favicon, avatar, document footers, engraving, signage — wherever recognition exists or space demands

THE HORIZONTAL CONFIGURATION IS PRIMARY. THE WORDMARK NEVER COMPRESSES OR WRAPS: WHEN SPACE RUNS OUT, THE WORDS LEAVE AND THE SYMBOL REMAINS.

07
Scale and recognition

From wall to favicon

Large format · signage, walls
Corporate · documents, decks
Small digital · 32 px
Favicon · 16 px

The silhouette — enclosure, beam, twin stems — survives every reduction without a simplified variant. Practical minimums: 16 px on screen; 5 mm in print; 8 mm engraved or embossed; 18 mm embroidered. Below these sizes, the mark is not used.

08
Clear space

One stem module, all sides

x x x = ONE STEM WIDTH · NOTHING ENTERS THE ZONE

The exclusion zone equals one stem width — a unit taken from the mark's own anatomy, so the rule scales automatically at every size and requires no measurement tables.

NO TEXT, IMAGE, RULE OR PAGE EDGE MAY ENTER THE ZONE. THE SAME UNIT SETS THE GAP TO THE WORDMARK IN THE PRIMARY CONFIGURATION.

09
Construction and balance

Drawn, then corrected by eye

BEAM WIDTH = 49 · OVERHANG = 9 EACH SIDE

The mark is built on an eight-unit module: one stroke weight throughout, a beam overhang of exactly one stem module each side, and equal counters between stems and enclosure. The beam sits above geometric centre so the mark reads centred — a deliberate optical correction, baked into the artwork.

THE GEOMETRY IS A DISCIPLINE, NOT A MYSTIQUE: EVERY DIMENSION IS A WHOLE OR HALF MODULE, AND EVERY DEPARTURE FROM PURE GEOMETRY EXISTS TO CORRECT WHAT THE EYE WOULD OTHERWISE MISREAD.

Incorrect use

What never happens

Do not stretch or distort
Do not rotate
Do not alter the geometry
Do not add effects, shadows or glows
Do not place on disruptive backgrounds
Do not outline the mark
TechTeamzDo not rearrange the approved configurations
Do not use as a pattern or watermark

Recommendation

Adopt the monochrome Hallmark as the master.

The mark is resolved: balanced, distinctive without colour, exact at every size, and equal to corporate, digital and physical duty. All future colour and application variants derive from this artwork — the master does not change beneath them.
